Black Men Who Lead is an initiative dedicated to highlighting and empowering Black men who are at the forefront of business and community leadership. Since 2017, we have been committed to celebrating those who are making a significant impact across various industries, providing them with the platform they need to share their stories, connect with like-minded individuals, and inspire the next generation of leaders.
At Black Men Who Lead, our mission is to create a supportive environment where Black men can thrive as leaders in their communities and industries. We understand the unique challenges that Black men face in business and leadership, and we are dedicated to providing the recognition, connections, and resources they need to overcome these obstacles and succeed.

Black to Business is a platform dedicated to simplifying the startup journey for early-stage and first-generation Black entrepreneurs. Our mission is to empower these entrepreneurs with the knowledge, confidence, and community support they need to succeed. Through education, practical guidance, and events, we are committed to breaking down barriers to business ownership and fostering a more inclusive entrepreneurial community.
Black men are underrepresented in leadership roles across many sectors, and the challenges they face—from limited access to capital to balancing work and personal life—are often overlooked. Black Men Who Lead was created to address these issues by:
